Smackdown

The NHL continues to punish the "evildoers" by cracking down on the smacking down. Two more player suspensions have been handed out today.

1. Marty Turco (4 game suspension) for losing his cool and giving a scythe-like slash to the face of an Oiler player.

2. Jody Shelly (3 game suspension) for sucker punching and getting wild to a Minnesota player.
