Brothers On Opposite Teams

When you think of a hockey rivalry, some people think of the Esposito brothers Tony and Phill. 23 years later, Mathieu and Martin Biron continue the legacy of sibling rivals in the NHL. In a game with the Florida Panthers v. Buffalo Sabres, brother Mathieu scored a goal to help his team win.

"I was happy," Mathieu Biron said. "I knew it was going to come sooner or later. I'm glad he didn't put me on the ice right after the goal. I didn't know what was going on. It's hard to explain."
