On the 1st, "Jiggy" maintained a 166.4 minutes of shutout hockey. Mighty Ducks goaltender has set a new record for longest shutout streak in OT in the playoffs!
Today, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim goaltender J.S. Giguere earned another overtime win in the playoffs over the Devils to extend his OT shutout streak record. Congratulations. I think he's won the Conn Smythe Trophy with his efforts this year. [Note, the trophy is given every year to the MVP of the playoffs]
