Pittsburgh Shamrocks Remembered

Pittsburgh fans who are new to the game may not remember that hockey history in Pittsburgh doesn't date back to 1967 (or 1995 as some others may believe). But hockey in western Pennsylvania have been traced back to as early as the turn of the century. But in 1935, the IHL had a team called the Pittsburgh Shamrocks playing in the old Duquesne Gardens. You can see for yourself just how the team did that year, as the historian museum website called Pittsburgh Hockey.net as it chronicles all of the Pittsburgh hockey history.
